What you will do

  • Design and develop bidding and optimization strategies for CPC-based auction systems.
  • Build and maintain offline simulation environments and auction replay systems.
  • Optimize auction mechanisms to balance platform revenue and marketplace stability.
  • Conduct ecosystem-level analytics to identify systemic risks and nonlinear effects.
  • Execute complex experiments and causal inference studies accounting for network effects.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for smart, autonomous bidding and auction optimization.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in statistical modeling and algorithm prototyping.
  • Strong quantitative background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Operations Research.
  • Solid understanding of optimization theory including linear, nonlinear, and stochastic optimization.
  • Knowledge of game theory and market mechanisms.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in the European Union region with a valid work permit.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advertising technology, bidding strategies, or auction systems.
