What you will do
- Take ownership of revenue goals and drive sales growth.
- Lead the outbound sales process, from discovery to contract negotiations.
- Develop strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries, such AI, as e-commerce, retail, cybersecurity.
- Attend sales meetings with prospects, tailoring pitches, and crafting compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback.
- Refine outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle sales with enterprise-level clients.
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
- Experience selling to engineering teams or industries like e-commerce, retail, or cybersecurity.

- An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales).
