- Provide software training and face-to-face support to clients.
- Work on longer-term projects to maximize client value from FactSet tools.
- Answer client queries and provide creative solutions through the helpdesk.
Requirements
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Less than 3 years of experience in finance or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
- Background or strong interest in Finance or FinTech industry.
