What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy for securing and scaling partnerships within premier collegiate accounts (Power 4 and Ivy League).
- Act as a trusted advisor to Athletic Directors, CFOs, and University leadership, navigating institutions with executive presence.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and complex sales cycles across central administration, IT, and athletic departments.
- Define and execute sales strategy for the collegiate ecosystem, collaborating with GTM and executive leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Orchestrate sophisticated, long-term deals requiring strategic patience, persistence, and high-touch relationship management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the sports and collegiate ecosystem, including traveling as needed to support customers and engage with the industry.
Requirements
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier institution, ideally in Business Administration or Sports Management.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Strategic Sales or Consulting, with a focus on high-growth environments or enterprise-level partnerships.
- A deep-seated desire to transform the ticketing landscape within the Power 4 and collegiate ecosystem.
- A reputation as a "quick study" who can rapidly master new industries and gain credibility with senior leaders.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate with clarity and authority in boardrooms and presentations.
- A "founder" mentality, thriving in ambiguity and building playbooks from the ground up.
