TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Conduct cold outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social selling with an accent on prioritizing and targeting accounts using research tools. Focus on creating qualified opportunities for the sales organization by qualifying prospects at all levels and communicating the value of Freshworks' offerings.

Location: This is an onsite role (5x/week) from our Denver, CO office location

Salary: $58,820 – $72,660 Base Salary. This role is also eligible for variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Use an intent-based approach to prioritize and target accounts, utilizing research tools.
  • Conduct cold outreach to prospects via a multi-threaded approach including phone, email, and social selling.
  • Qualify prospects at all levels, including C-level executives, utilizing BANT and MEDDPICC.
  • Manage inbound leads from different sources, qualifying in and out for sales.
  • Create qualified opportunities for the sales organization.
  • Utilize the CRM to accurately record all interactions and activities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or related role.
  • Experience researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
