This is a remote position.

Loan Application Administration
  • Use tools such as HelloPack and FileInvite to request and manage supporting documents.
  • Send Manual Fact Find, Credit Guide, and Privacy Consent via email; confirm privacy consent is signed.
  • Create applications in the aggregator CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Print lender application forms via ApplyOnline for client signatures, including additional forms such as discharge, FHOG, or other applicable documents.
  • Print and save Application Summary in the client’s document older.
File Review & Compliance
  • Verify they meet minimum lodgment and compliance requirements.
  • Complete compliance checklists and maintain files in standard order according to company and regulatory standards.
Client & Broker Support
  • Assist mortgage broker with loan lodgments, appointment preparation, and related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to collect documentation and satisfy approval conditions.
Loan Processing Tasks
  • Order pricing, credit reports, and property valuations as required.
  • For refinance applications, check discharge readiness and follow up accordingly.
Progress Tracking & Communication
  • Monitor application status from lodgment to formal approval and settlement.
  • Update comments and progress notes in ApplyOnline regularly.
  • Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date.
Team & Performance
  • Provide coverage for onshore team during leave or peak workloads.
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets and contribute to overall team efficiency

Requirements

Technical/Educational Qualifications
​•Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry (At least 1 year – broker side)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience in LMG software
