What you will do

  • Write and maintain in-depth technical guides and articles for support and developer platforms.
  • Refactor existing technical materials to improve clarity, structural logic, and engineering precision.
  • Prepare visual elements including diagrams, data flows, and performance measurement benchmarks.
  • Collaborate directly with developers and subject matter experts to extract and verify technical expertise.
  • Repurpose technical content into screencast scripts, short-form updates, and social media announcements.
  • Manage end-to-end documentation workflows, including fact-checking and final approval processes.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems like latency budgets, jitter, and network protocols.
  • Proven ability to write detailed technical documentation, including specifications and step-by-step validation guides.
  • Proficiency with Git, Markdown, and diagramming tools like Mermaid or draw.io.
  • Fluency in Russian (literate) and ability to work with English technical terminology.
  • Experience in interviewing engineers and distilling complex technical concepts into readable content.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience in trading infrastructure, latency tuning, or performance profiling.
  • Experience with docs-as-code pipelines and unified style guidelines.
  • Ability to use AI tools for content acceleration while maintaining accuracy.
