What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and scale the BDR team through weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound pipeline creation for mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel outreach cadences including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and refine sales playbooks for targeting, messaging, and qualification standards.
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to enhance data-driven processes, territory routing, and pipeline reporting.
  • Foster a high-performing, accountable team culture focused on professional development and excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Israel
  • Must be available for U.S. business hours (Sunday 10:00-18:00, Mon-Thu 12:00-22:00)
  • 2+ years of management experience leading SDR/BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to generate qualified pipeline and drive conversion
  • Strong analytical mindset for leveraging data in Salesforce and Outreach to improve funnel performance
  • Operational experience owning playbooks, cadence workflows, and reporting metrics

  • Deep familiarity with Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo tools
