What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Execute sales plans to capture market share and ensure long-term recurring revenue.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support go-to-market strategies.
- Manage customer opportunity pipeline using CRM to meet sales objectives.
- Create monthly overviews of key opportunities and projects in EMEA & CALA regions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to meet revenue and margin targets.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in EMEA region, preferably near DACH
- Minimum 3 years experience in global or international sales/business development for enterprise accounts.
- Proven sales excellence with hunter mentality and account management skills.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and gain buy-in across cultures.
- Experience communicating with C-level customers and collaborating internationally.
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; strong communication and data analysis skills.
- English proficiency required; additional languages appreciated.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
