What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies that drive measurable behavior change and business impact across functional areas.
  • Own end-to-end change strategies for AI-enabled initiatives, aligning adoption plans with evolving business priorities and governance requirements.
  • Partner with senior leaders to influence strategy and embed AI into core workflows.
  • Define and track adoption metrics, translating data into actionable insights that continuously refine strategy.
  • Coach leaders and managers through ambiguity, enabling confident decision-making as AI capabilities and use cases evolve.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate 5 to 7+ years of experience leading change management, digital transformation, or organizational development initiatives within enterprise environments.
  • Deliver measurable adoption outcomes across complex, cross-functional programs with clear business impact.
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple business units with strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Apply analytical thinking to define adoption metrics, assess impact, and translate insights into practical action plans.
  • Navigate ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities with resilience and adaptability.
