What you will do
- Build, improve, and operate backend developer productivity infrastructure systems.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions using modern cloud technology and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to define and execute technical roadmaps.
- Manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters and custom workload controllers.
- Execute strategic initiatives to migrate source code infrastructure into the cloud.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal engineering teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven ability to design, build, scale, and operate large-scale, high-throughput infrastructure.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested production code.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Must be based in the US to align with compensation and benefits structure.
