What you will do
- Lead and develop the Power Boiler Automation engineering team aligned with company strategy and vision
- Manage team budgeting, resource allocation, and productivity improvements
- Arrange engineering and site resources efficiently for projects and oversee project execution
- Collaborate closely with all ANDRITZ entities and support sales activities
- Participate in project and engineering reviews, ensuring quality and competitive cost estimations
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Raaba-Grambach, Austria (office-based)
- Minimum 10 years experience in automation/electrification engineering or project management in industrial sector
- Degree in Automation, Electrification, or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record in complex investment projects and team development
- Fluency in English and German (working languages)
- Preferably in-depth knowledge of power boiler systems and AEI in pulp industry
