What you will do

  • Serve as the first line of support primarily via phone, also email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using product knowledge and critical thinking.
  • Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions in a high-volume environment.
  • Take ownership of escalations and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, product releases, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Meet key performance metrics including CSAT and speed-of-service.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
  • Comfort and confidence on the phone as primary support channel.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Strong customer focus with empathy under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High reliability and professionalism in live support environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered tools or workflow automation in customer support.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms.
