What you will do

  • Act as a trusted Account Manager for customers exploring additional Lightspeed offerings, recommending tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships through trust and active listening to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Guide customers through upgrade paths from basic to advanced solutions.
  • Demonstrate Lightspeed software solutions including POS products and upgrades.
  • Drive expansion through reactive upsell from inbound sales opportunities and contribute to growing monthly recurring revenue.
  • Build retailer advocacy and contribute to wider team objectives beyond role scope.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with permanent work from home setup
  • Proven experience in account management, sales development, or similar quota-carrying sales role.
  • Understanding of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales pipeline management tools.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
