What you will do
- Design new Mendix applications by understanding and challenging requirements.
- Standardize technological components used by Mendix teams to increase consistency, security, and development efficiency.
- Support teams from a T‑shaped perspective by taking on additional tasks that strengthen overall delivery.
- Actively spot opportunities to develop reusable Mendix components to improve quality and speed.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects to explore Mendix innovations and translate them into user impact.
- Rapidly prototype ideas and proofs of concept to grow them into stable, production‑ready solutions.
Requirements
- >5 years of experience as a Mendix developer.
- Knowledge of Java and the ability to implement custom Java extensions.
- Experience developing and maintaining reusable components.
