Requirements

- Proven hands-on exposure to Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) such as Comarch, IBS, Amadeus, or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of billing, settlement, fraud detection, and customer servicing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into executable system requirements.
