What you will do

  • Design and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable architecture for Android and iOS apps.
  • Establish best practices for code structure, state management, navigation, testing, and release processes.
  • Optimize app startup, rendering, network usage, battery consumption, and crash-free sessions.
  • Evaluate and introduce new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Collaborate with mobile engineers, backend teams, designers, and product managers.
  • Provide architectural guidance, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in mobile and/or software development.
  • Proven experience in architecting and scaling production-grade Android and/or iOS applications.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with native mobile development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Swift, UIKit / SwiftUI).
  • Strong understanding of client-server architectures and mobile application lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and app store release processes.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with backend application architecture (microservices, REST).
  • Experience with design systems and complex UI/UX flows.
  • Experience with mobile security (authentication, secure storage, certificate pinning).
  • Background in backend or full-stack development.
