What you will do

  • Define and track key audience and editorial KPIs, aligning strategies with corporate goals.
  • Own audience and subscriber funnel strategy to optimize user journeys across platforms.
  • Partner with editorial and product teams on content strategy, analytics priorities, and testing.
  • Lead paid marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Manage Director of Analytics and oversee audience data ecosystem and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches and support emerging products and revenue initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY, working onsite
  • 10+ years in media with expertise in digital audience growth and subscription models.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of audience analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Parsely, Chartbeat).
  • Deep understanding of audience development channels including SEO, social, newsletters, audio, and video.
  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree a plus.
