TL;DR

Customer Account Executive (SaaS): Driving expansion and renewal strategies for existing customer accounts within a fast-growing developer security platform. Compensation: $150,000 USD (Target OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to drive upsells and renewals.
  • Educate clients on the value of new features and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a credible pipeline of opportunities for each quarter.
  • Perform accurate weekly revenue forecasting and delivery.
  • Create success plans for customers to expand product usage.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an AE or AM role with a focus on closing.
  • Experience in a high-growth software startup environment.
  • Background selling technical or developer-focused products, specifically with PLG models.
  • Proven ability to present effectively to senior management and executives.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple opportunities and exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency with pipeline management tools like Gong.
