What you will do

  • Spend 60% of your time as a hands-on contributor, building scalable backend services and AI-native applications.
  • Act as a technical "special forces" across 2-3 high-priority teams, solving complex architectural problems.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Machine Learning engineers to bring experimental AI ideas to production.
  • Own the end-to-end AI pipeline, including data retrieval (RAG), ingestion, monitoring token usage, cost, and latency.
  • Design and build complex conversational states, multi-agent communication protocols, and their supporting infrastructure.
  • Champion engineering excellence and influence the organization's technical direction in AI development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in backend software development, including previous experience as a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer.
  • Expert-level proficiency in GoLang within a microservice architecture.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI-native applications in a production environment.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and high-concurrency systems.
  • English proficiency: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks (e.g., Langfuse, Arize Phoenix).
  • Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines for latency and cost (e.g., semantic caching, prompt engineering).
  • Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows (e.g., using LangGraph, CrewAI).
  • Experience building internal SDKs or libraries to accelerate AI feature adoption.
