What you will do
- Own and run the full agile delivery process to increase development velocity and keep multiple pods on track.
- Partner closely with the CTO and developers to clarify scope, remove blockers, and enforce disciplined execution across the software development lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate key initiatives: AWS infrastructure build out and migrations from legacy to new generation product.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as a Technical PMO / Scrum Master / Software Project Manager in a hardcore software development environment, owning end to end agile delivery.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and expert JIRA usage with strong stakeholder management and developer gravitas.
- Background in fintech/banking/financial services with exposure to security/compliance constraints, comfortable in a high pressure, fast growing setting.
