TL;DR

Junior CRO Specialist (Marketing): Supporting conversion rate improvements across digital products with an accent on A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UI/UX design. Focus on developing hypotheses from data insights, coordinating experiment execution, and analyzing results.

What you will do

  • Assist in conducting funnel and user behavior analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the development of hypotheses based on data insights, research, and industry best practices.
  • Help design test plans and coordinate the execution of A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and QA test variations.
  • Analyze experiment results using statistical methods and contribute to documenting insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of tests and outcomes to support cross-team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience (internship, freelance, or entry-level role) in CRO, digital marketing, data analysis, or UI/UX.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create mockups that align with brand standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRO platforms like Growthbook, VWO, or Optimizely.
  • Basic design skills using Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Previous experience working remotely or within cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in subscription-based business models.
