What you will do
- Ensure a positive client experience by encouraging proactive solutions and clear communication.
- Take responsibility for brand guardianship within projects.

- Lead projects, ensuring the team has the necessary information and that the client agrees to the budget and scope.
- Identify new business opportunities and up-sell capabilities.

Requirements
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to influence clients and build strong working relationships.
- The ability to manage and filter workflow and prioritize workloads.
- Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to studio output.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining a top-tier agency service.
