What you will do

  • Ensure a positive client experience by encouraging proactive solutions and clear communication.
  • Take responsibility for brand guardianship within projects.

  • Lead projects, ensuring the team has the necessary information and that the client agrees to the budget and scope.
  • Identify new business opportunities and up-sell capabilities.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and foster a client-centric team environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to influence clients and build strong working relationships.
  • The ability to manage and filter workflow and prioritize workloads.
  • Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to studio output.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining a top-tier agency service.
