What you will do

  • Coordinate the design, architecture tradeoffs, and verification planning for next-generation navigation payloads.
  • Manage requirements flow-down and specification documentation for complex subsystems and units.
  • Model and analyze critical performance parameters, including RF power, signal performance, and clock frequency stability.
  • Review and evaluate supplier proposals, technical documentation, and support test campaigns.
  • Analyze mission anomalies and non-conformances, determining technical impact and securing customer approval.
  • Travel regularly to supplier and customer sites to lead technical meetings and oversee testing activities.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Signal Processing.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer in satellite projects.
  • Direct experience in phases C, D, and E of space mission development.
  • Experience leading technical expert teams and managing subcontractor interactions.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability in technical negotiation with customers.
