What you will do

  • Work with sales and marketing to simplify, streamline, and automate manual or inefficient processes.
  • Implement and monitor sales methods, tools, and processes regionally and globally.
  • Document local sales processes and policies in internal systems.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales data reporting and maintain CRM data (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure adherence to sales processes and support coverage model adjustments.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Santiago, Chile with hybrid work format.
  • Higher academic degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years in leadership roles, with at least 5 years in sales or project management.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making and sales strategy.
  • Knowledge of modern sales and networking tools.
