What you will do

  • Lead the Data and AI practice, driving consistency, quality, and innovation in solution propositions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CTO/CDO/CPO) to uncover business challenges.
  • Translate complex business needs into value-driven, scalable Data and AI solution architectures.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities in partnership with Client Teams.
  • Provide senior oversight, coaching, and technical challenge across project engagements.
  • Achieve significant leveraged revenue impact through strategic client engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
  • Deep expertise in data platforms, AI/ML, cloud architectures, and analytics.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset connecting technology choices to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Proven experience in influencer leadership, aligning boardroom stakeholders with delivery teams.
  • Hands-on builder mentality with a willingness to engage directly with engineering teams.
