What you will do

  • Collaborate with artists, engineers, and designers on creative alignment and rendering approaches.
  • Audit content integrity, PBR material values, shaders, lighting, and post-production systems.
  • Contribute to look development by analyzing visual targets and proposing real-time solutions.
  • Review artistic pipelines to identify improvements and prototype automation solutions.
  • Mentor developers on best practices for content creation and rendering.
  • Troubleshoot rendering and performance challenges across various platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in real-time graphics, rendering, PBR pipeline, or technical artistry, especially with Unreal Engine.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellence in artistry and computer graphics development.
  • Strong understanding and experience in computer graphics workflows (lighting, rendering, shaders), particularly with Unreal Engine.
  • Proficiency in HLSL, GLSL, or other shader/programming languages.
  • Effective communication and initiative in driving shared goals, mentoring, and collaborative work.
