What you will do

  • Define and structure AI-driven products using human-centered methodologies.
  • Craft and refine system prompts, defining the AI’s personality and tone.
  • Propose design decisions based on LLM performance, data insights, and business ROI.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define MVPs and prioritize features based on model capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analysis of conversation logs and AI performance metrics.
  • Bridge the gap between complex AI technicalities and user needs.

Requirements

  • Background in Computational Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Design, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Conversational AI (LLMs, NLP, NLU), building autonomous agents or advanced chatbots.
  • Strong understanding of how LLMs work (tokens, temperature, RAG) and experience with AI orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and flow mapping, with an ability to document non-linear AI behaviors.
  • English: Advanced proficiency required for high-quality prompt engineering.
  • Mastery of Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking.
  • High level of empathy and critical thinking to mitigate AI hallucinations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering frameworks and fine-tuning workflows.
  • Knowledge of Python or basic technical understanding of API integrations.
  • Previous experience in high-growth SaaS or AI-native startups.
