What you will do
- Identify and build relationships with creators across YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, onboarding, negotiation, contracts, and ongoing relationship management.
- Grow and develop a high-quality UK creator network across health, sports, and lifestyle.
- Work with creators and internal teams to launch campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer growth.
- Track performance and optimize partnerships based on results and commercial impact.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and based in London
- Background in sales, partnerships, recruitment, influencer marketing, talent management, creator management, or business development.
- Comfortable with outreach, building pipelines, and working towards targets.
- Passionate about the creator economy and spend time on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, or Podcasts.
- Commercially minded and confident negotiating partnerships that create value for both sides.
- A strong relationship builder who can quickly establish trust with creators and maintain long-term partnerships.
