What you will do

  • Identify and build relationships with creators across YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, onboarding, negotiation, contracts, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Grow and develop a high-quality UK creator network across health, sports, and lifestyle.
  • Work with creators and internal teams to launch campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer growth.
  • Track performance and optimize partnerships based on results and commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and based in London
  • Background in sales, partnerships, recruitment, influencer marketing, talent management, creator management, or business development.
  • Comfortable with outreach, building pipelines, and working towards targets.
  • Passionate about the creator economy and spend time on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, or Podcasts.
  • Commercially minded and confident negotiating partnerships that create value for both sides.
  • A strong relationship builder who can quickly establish trust with creators and maintain long-term partnerships.
