What you will do
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial sourcing and resume evaluation to final offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define applicant requirements and streamline selection processes.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, including specialized sales discovery and closing role plays.
- Coach and provide feedback to sales applicants to align with internal methodologies.
- Maintain and update candidate data within the company applicant tracking system.
- Track and meet individual hiring performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese required
- Resume must be submitted in English
- Degree or diploma in HR or related field preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and office software including Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of local Japanese employment law.
