What you will do

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial sourcing and resume evaluation to final offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define applicant requirements and streamline selection processes.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, including specialized sales discovery and closing role plays.
  • Coach and provide feedback to sales applicants to align with internal methodologies.
  • Maintain and update candidate data within the company applicant tracking system.
  • Track and meet individual hiring performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese required
  • Resume must be submitted in English
  • Degree or diploma in HR or related field preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and office software including Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of local Japanese employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
