What you will do

  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) including travel arrangements.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure interview confirmations and feedback are received.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics are achieved.
  • Document, track, and maintain records and the status of engagements in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop tools and solutions for recurring client requests and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone and e-mail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with all Microsoft Office tools, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of organizing and managing workload with a focus on details and meeting deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to work Pacific or Mountain Time Zone hours.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience.
