What you will do
- Support leaders with people-related questions and handle personnel matters.
- Lead and advise on organizational changes.
- Support leaders in recruitment.
- Collaborate with trade unions.
- Identify areas for improvement and initiate HR deliveries.
- Support leaders in HR processes related to salary review and employee surveys.
Requirements
- Relevant academic education in HR, organizational psychology, law, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory HR role.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices and Norwegian labor law.
- Experience in guiding leaders on people-related topics.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and team development processes.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
