What you will do

  • Support leaders with people-related questions and handle personnel matters.
  • Lead and advise on organizational changes.
  • Support leaders in recruitment.

  • Identify areas for improvement and initiate HR deliveries.
  • Support leaders in HR processes related to salary review and employee surveys.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic education in HR, organizational psychology, law, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory HR role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and Norwegian labor law.
  • Experience in guiding leaders on people-related topics.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and team development processes.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
