What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and manage a book of business for PAYGO customers.
- Develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases through qualitative and data-driven approaches.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Contribute actively to the creation and iteration of team processes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin is a must, critical for communication, negotiation, and presenting complex business information in Mandarin or Cantonese across APAC regions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role or similar capacity in the technology industry, preferably SaaS.
- Basic understanding of Cloudflare’s suite of products to provide recommendations and solutions.
- Experience leveraging tools such as Google Sheets/Airtable, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
