What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and manage a book of business for PAYGO customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases through qualitative and data-driven approaches.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
  • Contribute actively to the creation and iteration of team processes and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin is a must, critical for communication, negotiation, and presenting complex business information in Mandarin or Cantonese across APAC regions.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role or similar capacity in the technology industry, preferably SaaS.
  • Basic understanding of Cloudflare’s suite of products to provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Experience leveraging tools such as Google Sheets/Airtable, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
