What you will do
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for Puzzleplay and company-wide metrics.
- Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting.
- Write custom SQL rules to detect suspicious user behavior and lead fraud investigations.
- Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and dashboard guides.
- Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources.
- Define and document BI best practices and conventions across the business.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Serbia with hybrid work attendance in office 3 days a week
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Proven experience in data analytics and BI roles delivering metrics and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop behavior-based heuristics or fraud detection rules.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets for analysis and investigations.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
- Experience with Looker APIs.
- Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries.
