What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for Puzzleplay and company-wide metrics.
  • Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting.
  • Write custom SQL rules to detect suspicious user behavior and lead fraud investigations.
  • Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and dashboard guides.
  • Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources.
  • Define and document BI best practices and conventions across the business.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Serbia with hybrid work attendance in office 3 days a week
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Proven experience in data analytics and BI roles delivering metrics and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop behavior-based heuristics or fraud detection rules.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets for analysis and investigations.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
  • Experience with Looker APIs.
  • Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries.
  • Experience working with product and user acquisition teams.
