What you will do
- Monitor data centers, servers, and applications to ensure continuous performance and availability.
- Assess and prioritize technical faults, providing timely response and escalation.
- Provide 24/7 technical support and maintain clear communication with customers.
- Follow established NOC processes to ensure efficient monitoring workflows.
- Troubleshoot system issues and contribute to the refinement of monitoring toolsets.
Requirements
- English: Intermediate level required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (9:00 to 21:00 UTC+2, rotating day and night shifts).
- Analytical and logical thinking with a strong aptitude for quick learning.
- Experience in network management and scripting.
Nice to have
- Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix or Grafana.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry.
