What you will do
- Lead the annual compensation review cycle for the UK, including preparation, planning, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee and optimise pensions governance.
- Ensure job evaluation and grading frameworks are optimised.
- Develop market compensation benchmarking and provide insight.
- Deliver statutory reporting and ensure strong reward governance.
- Provide Reward consultancy and hands-on support to key business projects.
Requirements
- Experience of modernising and simplifying Reward practices within a large, complex organisation.
- Advanced Excel and data modelling experience, combined with strong analytical capability.
- Deep understanding of job evaluation, grading structures, and how these translate to the efficient functioning of Reward and HR.
- Experience of assuring Pensions governance.
- Experience of delivering Reward solutions in a business environment with variable pay.
- Strong understanding of how technology can support Reward efficiency and effectiveness.
