What you will do

  • Work across multiple product teams (VIP, CRM, antifraud, finance and others).
  • Build dashboards, calculate experiment results, write feature research, manage event tracking, and handle ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain a strong product mindset: not just analyzing numbers but proposing hypotheses and improving the product.
  • Support the product team with data-driven insights and collaborate with teams to shape the product vision through data insights.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests.
  • Solve data-related issues using strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst (Middle+ level, ideally closer to Senior).
  • Experience with product analytics, improving conversion and retention, A/B testing, and product experiments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including working with DWH systems (Redshift, BigQuery, etc.), CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dbt (optional, can be learned).
  • Experience with modern data stack and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Lightdash.
  • Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with Airflow DAGs.
