What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact point for international customers in the DACH region.
- Provide expert answers and guidance through the ticket management system.
- Manage customer relationships and build trust with key contacts.
- Advise clients on optimizing their software environment in a light project consultancy mode.
- Collaborate with internal experts to address customer needs and provide leads.
- Take ownership of the client portfolio while ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
- Must live in or in the proximity of Malaga, Spain.
- Strong analytical and consultancy mindset.
- Ability to take responsibility and work with high autonomy.
- Interest in software applications and the HR domain.
- Professional communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
