What you will do
- Champion exceptional user experience solutions across Cint's product suite.
- Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and fuel product insights.
- Create high-quality design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps.
- Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts and communicate design thinking effectively.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
- Contribute to and apply the shared design system ensuring visual consistency.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work from Brazil.
- Strong experience in product or UX design, preferably with complex SaaS B2B products.
- Expertise in modern design tools, especially Figma.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to work strategically and conceptually with a passion for user-centered design.
- Experience collaborating with developers and product teams.
