What you will do

  • Manage the development, evaluation, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system security plans to protect sensitive and highly-classified information and property.
  • Develop security briefings and guidance on the issuance, control, education, and requirements for classified materials and systems.
  • Manage the development, coordination, and monitoring of security programs, including reviewing and approving documentation, conducting site surveys, and supporting security accreditations.
  • Manage activities related to security clearances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required.
  • 4 years of physical security experience.
  • Understanding of national-level agency security processes, procedures, and requirements, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) standards, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), communications security practices.
  • Experience with Special Access Programs.
  • Understanding of clearance processing, physical security, and document control functions.

Nice to have

  • Facility Security Officer certification.
  • Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) operations.
  • Experience working with databases, such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), National Industrial Security System (NISS), and Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
