What you will do

  • Acquire new SMB/MM business accounts within the assigned territory to meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Promote and sell the full suite of products to existing customers to drive expansion and cross-sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead follow-up to conducting product demos and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to maximize account revenue.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance statistics within Salesforce.
  • Articulate value propositions clearly to address organizational cybersecurity needs and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling to SMB/MM businesses required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both verbal and written, required.
  • Must be able to work in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and web browsers.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales metrics and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.
  • Background or familiarity with concepts within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
