What you will do
- Establish and maintain a clear, scalable operating model for Creative Operations.
- Oversee external partner and vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance management.
- Manage operational and production budgets with full financial oversight.
- Ensure consistent processes for purchase orders, budget tracking, and spend governance.
- Implement and optimize tools and systems that support marketing operations at scale.
- Continuously evolve the marketing operations ecosystem to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably with a strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem.
- Knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and technologies (e.g., Asana, Float).
- Understanding of external partner and vendor management.
- Experience working with business spend management and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa).
- Strong organizational and operational mindset.
- English: B2 required.
