What you will do

  • Establish and maintain a clear, scalable operating model for Creative Operations.
  • Oversee external partner and vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance management.
  • Manage operational and production budgets with full financial oversight.
  • Ensure consistent processes for purchase orders, budget tracking, and spend governance.
  • Implement and optimize tools and systems that support marketing operations at scale.
  • Continuously evolve the marketing operations ecosystem to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably with a strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and technologies (e.g., Asana, Float).
  • Understanding of external partner and vendor management.
  • Experience working with business spend management and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa).
  • Strong organizational and operational mindset.
  • English: B2 required.
