What you will do
- Implement and optimize scientific workflows and pipelines, ideally in an Omics/NGS context.
- Integrate workflows with HPC and batch execution systems.
- Focus on reproducibility, versioning, and operationalization of workflows.
- Collaborate with storage and platform teams for I/O-heavy pipeline tuning.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with scientific workflows/pipelines.
- Experience with integration into HPC/batch execution environments.
- Ability to focus on reproducibility, versioning, and operationalization.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow engines (Nextflow, Snakemake, Cromwell, WDL, Airflow or equivalents).
- Experience with containerized workflows (Apptainer, Singularity, Docker).
- Experience with AWS Batch.
