What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of product capabilities.
  • Partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) trials to demonstrate product value and ensure implementation success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Provide training and best practices to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assess complex IT environments to align product features with specific business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and application technologies.
  • Experience with observability solutions such as SolarWinds or similar platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required by the role.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud and container-based platforms including AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
