What you will do
- Increase client awareness and generate opportunities for the MICE offering, focusing on large and legacy accounts globally
- Manage RFP processes from proposal to negotiation, including site inspections as appropriate
- Coordinate operational processes with cross-functional teams based on customer requirements
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly
- Support sales conversations alongside sales engineers for discovery and service explanation
- Maintain proactive relationships with customers to uncover future opportunities and maximize revenue
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain
- Previous experience in venue sourcing or meetings & events, preferably agency background
- Good knowledge of global venue and event destinations
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills under pressure
- Confident negotiator with suppliers via telephone
- Positive, flexible attitude and team player
