What you will do

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Project Management framework tailored for capital markets technology, emphasizing Calypso trading platform governance.
  • Establish standardized methodologies, templates, and tools to streamline Calypso implementation projects across various financial functions.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide Calypso implementations across multiple asset classes and orchestrate seamless upgrades/migrations.
  • Drive integration strategies between Calypso and other critical systems, establishing centers of excellence for best practices.
  • Architect and execute project management strategies that revolutionize capital markets technology delivery through Calypso capabilities.
  • Lead an elite team of project professionals with specialized Calypso expertise and partner with C-suite executives on strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex capital markets initiatives specifically in North America.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets Front, Middle & Back Office Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Calypso, or similar platforms, with deep architectural understanding.
  • PMP certification required; additional certifications in risk management (FRM), financial services (CFA), or agile (CSM) are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in project governance design, portfolio management techniques, and resource optimization strategies.
