What you will do

  • Organize and manage the ORM team’s workflow and tasks.
  • Monitor and address activities impacting the brand’s online presence.
  • Act as the main communication bridge between regional teams and HQ.
  • Monitor key review websites and forums, responding promptly to protect reputation.
  • Manage LATAM social media content calendar and oversee posting activities.
  • Manage editorial content calendar for the region and develop promotional content.
  • Handle crisis management and ensure swift resolution of ORM-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ORM, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Experience in large companies and managing multi-team projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity to regional market nuances.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
  • Background in project management and team coordination.
  • Familiarity with social media management and monitoring tools.
  • Experience or familiarity with financial markets.
  • Ability to speak Portuguese.
