What you will do

  • Facilitate communication between clients and support teams to resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities within client environments for Veeam solution expansion.

Requirements

  • Must be permanently located in Egypt
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with traditional and disruptive storage systems and networking protocols.
  • Professional certifications such as VCP, MCSE, Prince2, ITIL, or PMP.
  • Strong background in data protection, business continuity, and cloud technologies.
