What you will do
- Lead onboarding for French-speaking customers across Europe, translating workflows into scalable configurations.
- Deliver product training, configuration reviews, and go-live readiness sessions.
- Support sales teams in late-stage deals by validating workflows, integrations, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Project Managers and Product Specialists to keep projects on track and identify risks early.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover to support teams.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work from the United Kingdom or Europe
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
- 4–8 years experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or implementation in SaaS.
- Experience supporting pre-sales conversations and validating technical fit across deal sizes.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Confident in running demos, workshops, and training sessions.
Nice to have
- Experience in wellness, fitness, retail, or multi-location businesses.
