What you will do

  • Lead onboarding for French-speaking customers across Europe, translating workflows into scalable configurations.
  • Deliver product training, configuration reviews, and go-live readiness sessions.
  • Support sales teams in late-stage deals by validating workflows, integrations, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Product Specialists to keep projects on track and identify risks early.
  • Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover to support teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or able to work from the United Kingdom or Europe
  • Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
  • 4–8 years experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or implementation in SaaS.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales conversations and validating technical fit across deal sizes.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
  • Confident in running demos, workshops, and training sessions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in wellness, fitness, retail, or multi-location businesses.
