Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Option to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

  • Partner with a Product Manager and engineers to own and deliver product work end-to-end.
  • Use the roadmap as a starting point, critically thinking about problem-solving approaches.
  • Drive discovery efforts and strengthen the process collaboratively.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes using Figma.
  • Communicate and defend design decisions clearly, remaining open to feedback.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS products, platforms, or complex workflows.
  • Strong UX fundamentals, including user research and interaction design.
  • Hands-on experience with discovery methods such as interviews, synthesis, and validation.
  • Ability to drive work independently across UX and UI.
  • Highly proficient in Figma.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with continuous discovery.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on developer tools, marketplaces, or data-heavy products.
  • Experience working in the gaming industry.
  • Exposure to experimentation, metrics, or iterative rollout.
