Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Option to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Partner with a Product Manager and engineers to own and deliver product work end-to-end.
- Use the roadmap as a starting point, critically thinking about problem-solving approaches.
- Drive discovery efforts and strengthen the process collaboratively.
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes using Figma.
- Communicate and defend design decisions clearly, remaining open to feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, platforms, or complex workflows.
- Strong UX fundamentals, including user research and interaction design.
- Hands-on experience with discovery methods such as interviews, synthesis, and validation.
- Ability to drive work independently across UX and UI.
- Highly proficient in Figma.
- Comfortable working in an environment with continuous discovery.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience working on developer tools, marketplaces, or data-heavy products.
- Experience working in the gaming industry.
- Exposure to experimentation, metrics, or iterative rollout.
